Service Description

  1. Labor rate
    1. AJ’s Repair and Services has a $85.00 an hour labor rate, which is prorated. 
    2. $50.00 Non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of check in, (This deposit covers the diagnostic fee and handling of the unit). additional deposits will be added for multiple units. (ie. $10.00 for trimmers, and chainsaws. $20.00 for push mowers and pressure washers. $25.00 for riders, generators and ZTR's). 
    3. The Repair pre-authorization work is $250.00 for riding mowers, and generators, $150.00 for a push-mowers, pressure washers, $100.00 for trimmers and chainsaws. If work exceeds the pre-authorization amount, a technician will call with estimation of repair, or upon customer request for a estimate.
  2. Parts
    1. No refund on electrical, specialty parts, or special order parts.
    2. Receipt must be present for refund, no refund after 30 days from purchase.
    3. All used or discounted parts sales are final.
    4. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned parts. 
  3. Disclaimer
    1. We are not responsible for any loss or damages; in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond our control. I fully understand the purposes of the safety devices on this equipment and request that they be repaired or replaced. 
    2. Mechanic’s Lien: Equipment left thirty (30) days after completion of repairs and upon notification of the unit’s completion, will receive one additional call to remind them they have 30 days to pick the unit, or make arrangements with AJ’s Repair & Services to resolve the lien to include storage fees, (Daily $2.50, Weekly $14.50, and Monthly $49.99). Failure to do so may result in the unit being considered abandoned property, given AJ’s Repairs & Services the right to sell it for cost of repair.
